Windows has no in-box USB/IP client.

Install usbip-win2 (Windows 10/11) or the older usbip-win.

From an Administrator prompt:

usbip.exe attach -r 127.0.0.1 -b 1-1
usbip.exe port
usbip.exe detach -p 0
